I didn’t set out to start a company. I just wanted to talk to my mom. As she got older, she slowly lost the ability to operate technology. Even the simplest interfaces were too much for her. So I created Voisee: a hardware and software stack that would allow me to virtually “drop in” any time for a chat–no clicks or taps, no codes for my mom to remember. Just connection. Voisee automatically answers incoming video calls from authorized loved ones. Family members can call from any browser–no app required. Voisee is currently in use in four pilot homes.
