HOW IT WORKS
VLP combines AI-based coaching, goal tracking, 360° feedback, and personality insights into one personalized development platform. Employees get access to AI coach personalities who understand their goals, feedback, strengths, and company context. That makes the guidance relevant, practical, and actionable. Managers and organizations benefit from better follow-through on goals, clearer development conversations, and scalable support growth across the business.

CURRENT (BETA) FEATURES

1. AI-Based Coaching
We currently offer 16 unique personalities and specialization on topics like Entrepreneurial Operating System (EOS), Vistage, trade skills, faith-based perspectives, and more.

2. Goal Tracking
Users define goals, descriptions, start dates, end dates, check-in frequency, status, and progress. Their coach automatically follows up with the user if they fall behind or request help, with personally-tailored advice.

3. Feedback Tools
Users create feedback forms, request feedback from others, and the system collects responses. Their AI coach handles the annoying follow up for them.

4. Personality Assessment
Users completes a personality profile, enabling their AI coach to tailor guidance, reminders, and encouragement to their unique work style and preferences.

5. Company Context
Employers provide Mission, Vision, Values, and History so employees don’t receive generic advice. Their development is shaped around the industry, company, and it’s culture.
