Uno is an online platform that acts as a single source of truth to connect legacy manufacturing equipment data, operator inputs, ERP data, quality, supply chain, and other facets of manufacturing all into unified platform accessible to anyone in the organization at anytime.
Uno is able to bring any legacy industrial equipment to the internet of things platform by a series of non-invasive sensors that use external stimuli to communicate over WiFi what the industrial equipment is doing. These sensors are called Uno Nodes and they come in a variety of sensors: electrical, vibration, temperature, and sound.
By combining all of data inputs into a single source of truth platform, Uno can then use all this combined data to solve for inefficiencies and also give an edge for the manufacturer. Examples of this include automatically collecting performance data on every job ran at every work center and using this to build a very accurate data historian of job performances. This data could then be used to give more accurate quotes in the future. Uno also gives real time insights into the operations of the facility so supervisors get an eagle eye view of everything that is happening and has happened throughout the day. Uno can also provide AI supervision to ensure constant guidance to reaching the goals of the manufacturer as well as predictive maintenance for preventing machine downtime.
