We want to create the “Sheeps’ Pen”—an online monthly subscription membership experience built around our animated series Bedtime with the Sheeps and live-action series Story Time with the Story Mom. The two series together would be freemium content attracting subscribers to an online playground a la The World of Peppa Pig.
Bedtime with the Sheeps is an animated series where sheep tell Bible stories from their own (often hilariously wrong) perspective. They’re sheep. They try their best—but they get it a bit wrong, making the show silly and fun for kids. Each episode is followed by Story Time with the Story Mom, a live-action series where kids (and adults) can hear the real story and compare it to the Sheeps’ version. We’ve completed six episodes of each series and are currently working on the next six. These series will serve as the backbone of the Sheeps’ Pen—drawing kids in and encouraging them to engage further through interactive activities and direct encouragement if they subscribe.
