Red Hots Chili started off as a family owned coney island located in Highland Park, Michigan. With the retirement of my parents inevitable, I decided to figure out how to package and sell the chili sauce. Currently, Red Hots Chili is a 4th generation, woman owned company that offers a 1 pound refrigerated, microwavable container of chili. While this has been a great start, we would love to expand. We want to be able to offer our customers a smaller option (8 oz container). Another item we sold at the coney was our secret spice! This is the spice blend used to make the chili. We would love to be able to package our spice to sell to our consumers as well!
