All proceeds from Naughty Goat Farm support my animal rescue, where I provide care for sick or injured animals. This farm is more than just a business; it’s a place of healing and second chances, and every jar of jam or batch of pickles sold helps fund this mission.
In addition to this meaningful purpose, I’m dedicated to creating high-quality, locally-sourced foods. My product line includes unique jams, pickles, and noodles, made with organic ingredients sourced from local farms. These partnerships support small farms and sustainable practices, and ensure my products are as fresh and flavorful as possible.
I’m also working to expand my range of sugar-free options to better serve people with diabetes or anyone looking to reduce their sugar intake. While not all my products are sugar-free, I am committed to offering more options in this space without sacrificing taste.
To reach a wider audience, I’m focused on securing FDA approval to sell my products in stores. This grant will allow me to take the essential step of testing my recipes for shelf life stability with a process authority, and to obtain detailed nutritional information for each product. These actions are crucial for meeting safety and labeling standards and will help bring my jams, pickles, and noodles to new markets.
