I developed five mixes which include pancakes, quick breads/muffins, cookies, cakes, and brownies. The mixes are free of the top 14 allergens which makes it great for accommodating other allergies besides gluten and is many times considered vegan. Ingredients are gluten free certified, more organic whole grains and minimum fillers, preservative free, and low in salt. The first three mixes are offered at farmers markets and direct customer sales with the remaining soon to be released. Each mix has the option to add your own fresh ingredient for assorted finished products. I am helping people with certain dietary needs whether busy, on the go, or do not want to put a lot of effort into baking prep, an easy fresh solution that is delicious, delightful and gluten free.
