Cash Only Bistro is an upscale-casual restaurant concept being developed on Detroit’s East Warren corridor. Our signature experience centers around customizable pasta dishes, allowing guests to select their pasta, sauce, proteins and additions to create their own meal.
But Cash Only Bistro is being built to be more than a restaurant. We are creating a neighborhood destination where great food, cocktails, entertainment, entrepreneurship and financial empowerment come together.
The concept includes a full-service restaurant and bar, community events, themed dining experiences and the Cash Only Capital Club, a financial empowerment membership community designed to help people increase income, reduce debt, build assets and create generational wealth.
We have already acquired our building at 16215 E. Warren Avenue in Detroit and are working toward opening the permanent restaurant. While construction is underway, we are building our customer base and validating the concept through pop-ups, events and food experiences.
