After trying to find a meal prep service for his family, our founder Damon Wolfe, grew frustrated with the lack of freshness, flavor and overall quality. He had worked his entire career in restaurants and food service but enjoyed cooking recipes from different cuisines packed with flavor and spices. He realized quickly that often times these meals were loaded with whole food ingredients and that with a few simple substitutions could be made even healthier. Since he couldn’t find what he was looking for he decided to create it from scratch. It started with a
simple promise that if you can make healthy food delicious and convenient, people would eat healthier.
