Blue Pathways is all about lifting up youth in Grand Rapids, ages 14 to 24, who might be struggling to find their way in school, work, or life. Our new Business Incubator creates a real, hands-on space where these young people get the tools, training, and support they need to build skills in leadership, entrepreneurship, and workforce readiness. They don’t just learn—they earn certifications, connect with local businesses, and launch their own small ventures in areas like catering, digital services, and event planning. This isn’t just theory; it’s real-world opportunity that turns hope into hustle.
What sets us apart is how we bridge youth with local small businesses that desperately need fresh energy to survive and grow. With this incubator, youth gain not just jobs but ownership, confidence, and a path forward. We provide everything from equipment and software to transportation so no one gets left behind. And with $20,000 in funding, we’ll fuel this pipeline of talent, training 40 youth and supporting 10 small businesses over six months, creating lasting impact for individuals and the Grand Rapids community.
