Many large online therapy platforms and group practices attract clinicians with big promises — but once onboarded, therapists often face disappointing pay splits. On some virtual platforms, clinicians may earn as little as 40–50% of session revenue, leaving them underpaid. JC Counseling LLC takes a different route. We let our therapists keep 70–80% of their income while maintaining smaller, more sustainable caseloads.
As a lean, virtual practice, we keep fixed overhead costs low. JC Counseling clinicians operates fully online, employs a part-time virtual assistant abroad for administrative support, and eliminates unnecessary expenses such as a clinical director or standing group meetings. Instead, consultation are available on an as-needed basis to support clinicians when they want guidance, collaboration, or help with complex cases.
