About this idea

Mental health weekends monthly program for professionals would attend the 2 day weekend self care workshop. The workshop would include various activities directed at physical and mental health. In addition to self-care and wellness. This workshop would include sessions of meditation, yoga Zumba, physical activities Mental health services such as micro counseling sessions, and psychoeducation groups on various topics. We will also include self-care, activities, and things, such as massages, manicure and pedicures facials, potential vendors of various self-care, items and self-care intervention activities.
