Hearth Sauna is a high quality public sauna club. The sauna is a top of the line custom mobile sauna that can fit 10 guests comfortably. The sauna is mobile, but our goal would be to find a permanent home for each unit so that it can be a regular part of guests’ health regimen. The mobile nature of the sauna encourages guests to enjoy the great outdoors in between sessions in the hot room. Ideally there would be a deliberate cold exposure component along side the sauna to allow guests to do contrast therapy and cycle back and forth between hot and cold which is invigorating and pleasant.
