The idea is to open a locally affordable black owned gym that provides childcare to those in need! Empower Fitness does not only plan to offer childcare but also provide classes to the community such as HIIT, Spin, Dance, Step Aerobics, & possibly yoga! I want to impact the community through health and fitness.

The main detail is providing a gym to single parents that cant really make time for their health due to the lack of childcare. Influencing and persuading our people to take control of their health!
