NEEDHOURS NETWORK is an online subscription-based marketplace that safely connects people needing hours of affordable home healthcare with students needing hours of career experience required for graduate school admission.
Our concept is simple, but the two problems we solve are complex.
#1 – For families, finding safe and affordable care is increasingly challenging as the nation faces a devastating shortage of home care workers.
#2 – For college students, medical programs in Nursing, Physician Assistant, Medicine, etc. require thousands of hours of direct patient care experience. Surprisingly, schools DO NOT help find these hours and there is no one-stop platform to obtain them.
By creatively pairing these problems, we have developed a solution that addresses an unmet need. Different from our competition, we focus on STUDENTS. They are educated, interested in a medical career, and on a timeline with an ambitious goal – to accumulate hours that meet their school’s requirements. We believe students are the NEW GENERATION OF CARE.
