Woke Boss Bitch started when one of our founders refused to stand by while her child was being relentlessly bullied. She drew a line, demanded it stop, and did exactly what needed to be done to protect her kid.
And somehow, SHE became the problem.
Difficult. Controlling. Eventually, a “woke boss bitch.”
You know the drill. A woman refuses to sit down, shut up, or keep the peace when something isn’t right, and suddenly everyone wants to talk about her attitude instead of the actual problem.
Our response?

And that’s when we realized this wasn’t just our story.
Women hear versions of it everywhere. Speak directly and you’re aggressive. Know your value and you’re arrogant. Set a boundary and you’re difficult. Get angry and you’re emotional. Take up space and suddenly you’re “too much.”
Woke Boss Bitch takes those labels and hands them right back.
We create premium apparel built around the things women have been called, told, warned, and expected to be. The messaging has teeth, but the clothes don’t. We’re obsessive about ridiculously soft fabrics, intentional fits, and pieces people actually want to live in.
Because our philosophy is simple: if you’re going to make people uncomfortable, you might as well be comfortable doing it.
What started with one insult is already growing into a collection for the women who recognize themselves in these stories, along with the people who raised them, love them, support them, and know better than to ask them to tone it down.
